The Number One Stumbling Block When You're New to a Business
The first thing you want to have your client do right is have them identify where they're spending their time. Once they know specifically the tasks that are eating up a lot of their time rather than guessing or them throwing things at you here and there randomly they will know exactly which kinds of tasks need to be done. Then you can start the process of transferring those tasks so the first step is really for them to figure out where they’re spending their time so they can spend it with more intention. It's just not like big enough items for them to fill the value, says Tyler McCall.
