Scaling a Company?

You've had two companies now that maybe a third or fourth, i don't know, kind of beyond to you. But what's the biggest lesson you've learned? Every time you double in size, you're basically a new company. It's not ana a thing for human organizations to double year over year. And it's much easier to deal with that thing if you're clear about it. That this is what' going to happen, and this is what it's going to feel like for everyone involved.
