Why Did Israel Not Guard Its Athletes in 1972?
I would have loved for them to have kept the Red Sea coast just because it had some of the most amazing beaches in the world. The real failure there was that the German authorities didn't know how to deal with terrorists. They really didn't want help from Israel. I don't think it's anti-Semitism, although maybe I think it's primarily incompetence and false pride.
