Data Modeling and Reusability
Good data modeling either allows us to both create a mutual infrastructure that allows us to understand it and search it well, or to have specific offshoots. And I think that's a good. What you can do is what data lakes were intended to do but didn't really work very well. It creates a model layer that can be reused with business rules for different purposes. So if you've created a load of data assets that have been structured in a way with predefined paths to join between them, people can mix and match.
