Group registration groups 2.0 is now open for half or full marathon training. weekly coaching calls start Tuesday, January 3rd from 6 to 7 p.m. and then are going to be every other week after that. If you're straining for training for a spring race, you probably have to start training soon. Your body has a finite ability to deal with stress.
