I like the micro fund approach because you have people that are like specialists in their field, like they're really dedicated. And on the flip side of having five, $10 billion AUM funds, they're kind of just competing on allocating capital and their money managers. I can't imagine a world where we get that big. Two fifties probably the biggest fund will ever raise. That's fair. Do you ever see yourself running? Like do you think you would want to run or want if Civ crushes it in such a way that you're running five or 10 billion? Is that something that you would continue to do or something you'd love to close down?
In this episode, we're joined by Nic Carter, General Partner at Castle Island Ventures for a far reaching discussion around Nic’s thesis on Operation Choke-Point 2.0; the effort of every U.S. financial regulator to deny crypto firms access to banking services.
