Lean is the way you think about humans as the first principle. And then when you say we touch in greeting card version, lean, I mean, if you really explore lean, you find it is so much ingrained in the people relationships. What happened in Japan, definitely influenced by Toyota, but partially because it was a culture that could adapt this. There's like a whole different sort of way of thinking.
