Twitter users are calling for the FDA to approve a repurposed drug called Ivermactam. The company behind it says they can't get an EUA because there's no way to make a buck. Twitter user: "I want to see the randomized controlled trial before I give patients any risk at all" 'You're effectively doing is you are a warrior on behalf of new and less well known drugs that are still under patent,' he adds.
