Training Load - Is That True?

Training load started from a scientific point of view about predicting changes in performance. Even if the stress the body experiences is in some way equivalent for a five minute session and a two hour session, the adaptations that come from them are likely to be somewhat different. And this is where some of those misnomers have been perpetuated by science,. Well, when we incorrectly apply training load, we give what we say is two equivalent training sestions, but now we know they're not actually. The high intensede one comes out better.
