The Problem With Anti-Smacking Laws

I would not hit my kids. I think if somebody does want to hit their kids, we're not talking about beating Brown and Blue, Black and Blue. We're talking about smacking on the wrist or whatever. So different children, Bruce, in different ways, it takes different levels of force. And that's the threshold of intervention. That is itself a really subjective measure.
