Self sabotage in a relationship can take many different forms. We are designed to be drawn to others for the purpose of shared connection. But then there's the push that comes from our other internal wiring that urges us to protect ourselves and avoid pain. So here we are in life with a balancing act of sorts, you know, undergoing in our inner lives at all time. If left unexamined, it can lead to what therapists often refer to as self sabotaging behavior.
