How Do You Give Context?

A lot of this is just about interpersonal relationships. And you're working with a part of the organization that's often like piranhas, trying to get a little piece of them and so how do you give context? Just enough. Not two hours of context. Not an hour of context, but like I think that's right. A really great way to turn somebody off is to not respect their expertise.
