What's the Latin Rule?

The rules for determining weight are a little bit different from Greeks. By bounded, we mean weight determines the stress, but there's a window in which that has to occur. So you could have, for example, a right edge stress means that it must be on the last or the next to the last syllable and whichever one's heavy will get it. If there's not a heavy one, you have a default rule. The fun thing about, excuse me, the fun thing about that is basically all possibilities are there. And every conceivable possibility is an example of a natural language that does it.
