Moral constructivism is the idea that what you and I take to be ethical principles are made up by human beings, not made up necessarily arbitrarily. It's important here to distinguish between moral constructivism and moral relativism. They're both anti-realist versions of morality; they're closely related but different. A constructivist simply admits the reality that human beings are the ones who construct moral rules.
