The project was already almost ten years old, and i had a huge political discussion about it ina huge. That dragged a huge tale of political decisions with it. Instead of hiring one single builder to do the whole job, the f b b decided to try and save 400 million uro by breaking the project into tiny pieces. The consultants came back with some bad news: six of the seven sections would cost 55 to 175 % more than the airport company had expected. But even at this stage, the project is complicated, but manageable, right? All everybody has to do is just hang together and stick to the plan.
