Awakening to the Spiritual Heart
The spiritual heart is where we ultimately ence something even deeper than a willingness to be emotionally vulnerable in things like that. And i've it's one of the reasons, i think i amore focused to it in the last few years. In the west, we really need to connect to the heart, like, look around our culture,. Look at t you know, some of the impulses that are driving us all sides. Those can be, to know, so very painful. But i think it's a really important part of spirituality.
