Eddy was a very poor chess player, as the way I would describe it. He couldn't think two or three steps ahead. You do have to look at what's going on and just assume that everything could be fraudulent. Going public turned out to be the worst mistake of their lives. But by going public, they were exposing them to be taken over. It was completely foreseeable. And that's exactly what happened.
