Loura: We need to start focusing on how we sedating this patient in this context, with their co morbidities. A maximum of 50 mikes per cilogram an ya may have stable hemo dynamics because the patient is aware and they're sympathetically driven. But i don't think it's doing them any favors. And there is some apsant stuff to help with that, but i think what we need to be going to is more monitoring in its various modalities.
