If you're struggling with reading in the morning and night, get a Kindle. What I like about reading is it immediately takes you out of your own perspective and puts you in somewhere else. Some of the best ways to heal some of these issues is getting outside of yourself. Last but not least, you have to confess something embarrassing, something you want to get off your chest that has happened.
