Is There Anything That Buddhism Can Teach Us About Artificial Intelligence?
Buddhism is pre modern, so what can it tell us about artificial intelligence specifically or technology in general? One thing that stands out for me is the buddhist teaching of interdependence. We'd always have to look not just at ai itself and what it seems to be physically able to do, but always evaluated in the larger social, political, economic context.
