How Do You Feel When You're Anger?
Anger was a very important emotion for me to get in touch with. It helped me open my heart further to all other emotions. Being angry, to me, is a movement from apathy towards love. I'm not yet capable of expressing love, but at least i'm saying something to you,. And i'm engaging. Or trying to re establish connection that makes sense. So it's both, in my view, a heart's incapacity and the fact that we feel more hurt than the average person. There'sa lot of sensitivity. Because it's a lot, we protect our hearts more.
