There are probably a lot of people who would prefer to delegate. I don't want to face this trolley problem. It's too hard. Yeah. So if someone else is willing to take on that role instead that would be something very appealing to most people. And so you know there's this notion that failing is bad. If you never you know if you try enough you will fail and in fact failure can be a sign that you are doing the right things. People who are really successful usually are risk takers. Do you see that by giving your students an award for taking risks it creates more openness? Yes.
