You need to allow a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes per meeting minimum. You've got to come at it with that level of compassion and it does draw it out of you. Got to look at the big picture retention incentives and severances who's influencing who. What I would say if I were going to go back and do that on multiple days, I would hit different units on different days.
