I was in Manchester about a year after the racial rioting occurred in sort of 1980-81, when White Law said he had nothing to do with racial at all. Large areas of Liverpool and a bit of Bristol as well, and Manchester all went up,. were all torched as various gangs and others thought it was themselves. The property prices went down so you could buy a council, buy a house, or the terrorist type of the sort that appears on the credits of coronation street for £1,800 in parts of Gorton and Mosside. I saw two Iranian groups because the Iranian Revolution had just happened, and one of them was marching up and down, screaming
