Is There a Systemic Issue With Ordering Serum Folates?

I think part of folate being ordered so much might be a systems issue because in multiple places where I've worked when you go to order a B12 it pairs it with a folate. We actually have a fatigue order set that includes Lyme serology that just crushes my soul every time I see it yeah no I'm pleased to see that many of us now will consider just giving the patient one unit reassessing and then deciding if another unit is needed we don't get much of a story there there for fatigue.
