Pytest has a UV loop, which is another events loop in C and it's just this super fast compared to the built in implementation. If for some reason you need to explicitly use it like in your code, you just say UV loop and you say async IO dot set event loop policy and you pass over the loop policy class. And now the rest of your program just uses that. I think it's a pro production use cases. You don't even have to say, please use it. It's just like, oh, it's available. Let's go.
