When you're stationary, as the name sort of starts to suggest, usually you've got key person dependency. That's where all the knowledge is trapped in a few k t members heads. The next level up beyond that is then scalable. To get there, you organize your knowledge. Ande the characteristics up here are you've got all parts of your business documented. If team members have a question, they know where to go first. They first look to where the knowledge base is for the business andand you're able to link that knowledge base to where tasks are assigned. Then there is outlined expectations of what that's done. When you reach that stage, you know there's a shift
