The Zero Conditional in Business English
The zero conditional is your go-to when talking about universal truths or things that always happen under certain conditions. For instance, if you heat water to 100 degrees Celsius, it boils. Imagine you're discussing routine procedures at work. You might say, when we receive a new project, we always have a kickoff meeting. Here, the kickoff meeting is as certain as water boiling at 100 degrees Celsius. It's what you do every time. No exceptions.
