Sexuality Turns It on Its Head
I started this whole thing actually to write about the relationship between consciousness and social change. And sexuality was the place that I really found most able to talk about that complexity. So it's like, if you take what Marxism thinks of is the head in the clouds and put it in the position of the feet on the ground, then you've got it. For inside out, that's the on its head part. But when I say inside out, I mean in Marxism, they think, the thought is that the in here and the out there are in essence sort of two different things.
