Dogs With High Arousal

The problem with obedience is the quiet and stillness, I think requires a greater degree of stability. You cannot overwhelm anything because you can't talk. A lot of high arousal dogs are also high drive. It's just not that simple. My GSD is only just now dropping toys on cue, started with some mild resource guarding. The male could go either way. Just depends what she wants to do.
