Is There Any Opportunity to Pivot Out of Your Current Roll?

Unemployment is at its lowest since i can remember. Whill it presents opportunity for anyone that wants to pivot out of their current roll. There there's plenty of opportunity from that point of view, isn't yes? So what i want to do is, we've got some things i put in the facebook group.
