There are times when these kinds of movements have to be done as prescribed by a doctor in order to help you get over a stroke or some other kind of chronic injury. A student came up with this idea of a hand app for someone who's had a stroke involving their limb, where they have to move their hand. And what it was interesting is the turtles were only whack-a-mole. But the turtles would only explode into these pretty fireworks if you had done a good job with your hand.
