In early stages, if we have someone who might have compromised shoulders That might be a good place to start just with a kettlebell below. The lumbar spine is where we seem to have the greatest amount of issues. We don't have an ability to resist force internally using some of whether it's the core for the external obliques or transverse abdominis.
