How to Sustain a Subscription Model
For a standard restaurant or whatever, the subscription model seems to be tricky. Would it possibly make sense to come up with something where you pay this flat monthly fee and can come in as much as you want? I'm not sure if a brick and mortar restaurant or food service business would be able to sustain subscription only. You might need to be a combination so you have multiple revenue streams. That's an option as long as it's economical.
