The History of Tesla's CCS Chargers

Ford announced that starting in 2025, it will put the Tesla connector on its electric vehicles. It's called CCS combined charging standard and combines an AC and a DC but they don't sit inside each other so that makes for a very clunky connector. In Europe, people are using adapters to charge at Tesla superchargers because it's essentially became the law in Europe that all the other automakers have the right to charge there.
