Peacemaker Comes Back

When you sit down to write, how many hours a day do you give yourself? I usually give my sometimes i don't myself anything. My problem in life is, my default is work. So when i'm not actively doing something else, like trying to sleep, which i don't do very well, or, you know, watching t v, or playing a game with jen or something,My default is to work.
