I was also very struck by the compassionate tone that you took when writing about your colleagues at Facebook who obviously were not whistleblowers. I think there's this thing of if we demonize others, we lose the opportunity to learn from them. Companies are going to have to decide do they want to fear their employees because every single lie is a liability. You might not realize it in the moment, but every time the actions of your company diverge from what you're saying your company does externally, you create attention.
