IKEA VIP Program - What's the Story?
IKEA's loyalty program has been around in different iterations for many years. We have a set of rewards and benefits that are common in all markets right now. But it's actually not enough to engage customers on every interaction. So we found that not all customers were identifying all the time, so we needed to do something new. And that is just going live now in our second market, literally. It's been quite a journey to start from concept right going through to execution about new loads of concept.
