If you're interested in wearing a CGM at some point, just remember that there's no rule book for this right now. Just look at it with open eyes, kind of observe what is happening with you. Notice how you feel your best and then take it from there. You need the help of a dietician or a doctor to really walk you through some of these numbers. And once you have that second set of eyes, that subject matter expert who can help you with, then you can determine what changes you might want to make in your training or in your diet.
