Is a Cartel Inherently Illegal?
To me, the whole purpose of a cartel is to limit competition and essentially create a monopoly. So why aren't these challenged more often by meno regulators? I knw the answer, but just hypothetically speaking, a cartel isn't inherently illegal. The issue of legality ultimately becomes just an issue of who controls the mechanisms of the state.
