Wim Hof has issued warnings about the dangers of his method. But he continues to teach those things that he's warning against. In one video, a hundred people all jumped off a cliff with him into an icy pond. He leads them in 12 deep hyperventilation breaths and they all put their face in water for 20-30 seconds.
