The Procedural Sanction for Prosecution
There's a genuine apprehension among certain public servants, which is why the sanction for prosecution provision was brought back in 2018 by the government. The argument made by certain groups of officials that the law is very draconian has to be tested against the lived experience of this country over the last 50, 60 years. A lot of corrupt people have not been put behind bars.
