The Modern Conservative Party Is No Longer a Conservative Party
Peter Obon argues that the modern Conservative Party is no longer a Conservative Party because it has very little in common with Berkean sensitivities. In terms of social policy and things like that, the Conservatives are always several years behind the curve on issues such as gay marriage. But they do converge at some point at some future point - not truly different actually in a fundamental way but ultimately the destination is the same.
