How to Overcome Resistance to Change

The more senior people get, it can be a little harder for them to adjust to new ideas. I think of concentric circles of understanding: ignorance, denial and compliance. There's a different conversation you have with somebody who's a vicious complier than there is with someone in their well-intended misapplication phase.
