A year ago, I got my levels tested and they were low, right? You just saw my levels. Do you do a cream or do you do they inject it? And it's injectable. Yeah. So this was like, um, but anyway, so I get tested and they tell me it's low and they're like, you're in your 40s. This is normal. It's not silly because there's a shame in in because people confuse TRT with doing juice.
