The Anointing of Jesus

The anointing here doesn't use the Greek term Christ. It's a lefo, which is a different word for anointing. The outcome is the same, but it's more about what you would do for medicine or the preparation of a body for burial. And Jesus isn't going to be anointed by any of these women who come with the spices,. He's already been anointed in the feast earlier on. So they say, be not affrighted. You see Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified. He is risen and he is not here.
