Casey: I got certified as a personal trainer in 2007. My role at that gym was literally the metabolic specialist. We could recommend a certain amount of calories for somebody to be consuming. And so we were able to teach them how to burn more calories naturally on their own, and also shift the metabolism from being more carbohydrate dominant to more fat dominant.
