Growth Mindset was a key marker in every single policy that we devised at the school. It referenced writings of people like Carol Dweck and Growth Mindset, it talked really blatantly about the fact that at this school, we believe in the potential of every child to achieve. We're going to set ourselves targets that are hugely aspirational, and we're going to make sure that we reach them.
