Don Hogan is the Casper Professor of History and an Associate Professor in the Department of History and Medical Humanities at Creighton University. His background is in the history of science and medicine, but over the past eight or ten years, he's moved much more into history of disability and disability studies. He says people with disabilities have been pushing scholars in these directions for a long time to think more about disability. "I'm really happy with the direction that my research has gone as a result"
