Jersey Scott worked with Stanley Kubrick on Dr. Strange Love and from all accounts the two became very close. The sheep rancher character is stripped of his stock, his livelihood, his family, his pets and ultimately his life with no one directly nor singularly culpable for the crime. This is how systems fail humanity in their effort to serve. One doesn't need a star chamber, a bohemian grove, a skull and bones, nor Davos and the lizards who attend the world economic forum. In this film paranoia is better defined as ultimate awareness.
